Can not place new buildings

When I purchase a building I cant move around my hood to place it. So the purchase doesn't complete. I can't buy new buildings.

Also when I click on a building In my hood the screen freezes and I can't move the building either.

I've checked all settings and nothing seems to help, anyone have any ideas?? Plz help.


I've tried sending tickets, but that seems to be broken too. Playing on android 10, with Samsung galaxy s10e.

Same, but only on one Android device, a Samsung Galaxy S8 (phone), which I use most of the time. Cannot buy and place, or move ANY building.
I have sent in a few tickets. Honestly I don't know if I received a reply or not.

No issue on my other devices: Samsung Galaxy tablet, Kindle Fire, or iPhone.

Never skip the Kroger Ad (https://www.weeklyads2.com/kroger/) before you go to shopping.

Works for me on my old devices too, so maybe deca will fix with next update? Ha
