Is there a procedure for replacing a Leader who drops out without warning? Our Faction has had no contact with our Leader since October notwithstanding numerous attempts by members of the Faction to reach out. Could be dead. Could have had enough of MW and just pressed Delete. Could be many things. The Faction is a mess and needs maintenance that only the Leader roll can accomplish.

Has anybody had to deal with this before?

Patiently waiting for DECA to get back to me but their track record is ...

Tinker: Are there any co-leaders in the faction? They can do almost as much as the leader can.

We have many co-leaders and many are same status as Leader: disappear/walk away. No contact. Clean up needed.

DECA got back to me making me leader!! Clean up has begun.
I’m going to have to rethink my previous negative appraisal of the DECA help team. LOL
