Pretty sure the Junkyard monster comes an area mastery of the junkyard, probably level 3 mastery since the early maps usually give loot items for level 3.
Ghetto fabulous is also a loot item, search the forum for location and good luck!

I don't think so. I just completed the PVP/Thug Life/Streak challenges and didn't get any. Maybe there are multiple prizes for finishing and it is random?

I remember that AutoRow, Junkyard, SouthEnd level 3 will give vehicles, maybe they are one of them.

The excelero comes at the higher levels of fighting against other mafia. Like thug life round & hardcore hitman. It is a price/reward for getting the goals.
