Can I delete No-HD version after install HD version?

I just found there are HD version of crime city,I download and install and run,it look no problem now,can i delete older crime city?

CC = Crime City. Yes, you can delete the standard version after installing the HD. Just did so myself.

HD version loads slow as hell. I click on a rival to rob and the buildings take 20 seconds to load. Tried on 3G and a T1 connection . . . Super slow.

I just delete no-hd version,HD version work no problem on my ipad2.
btw,HD version seem to have problem on my friend's ipad1,when you click on equipment it quit.

I thought it need recache all resources(for example texture) at first,so it would be slow,after recache it work as no-hd version on my ipad2.

yes, you can. you can also play both game (CC or CC HD) with the same account. The account (character) data store in the server, your device send the device id to load that data. So there will be nothing happen to your character, your data if you delete any version on your device.
Even you hard-reset the device, clean everything, reinstall CC, you still can play your current character, as long as you use the that device to play CC.

I don't seem to see it on the app store in my iPhone.

The only thing I don't like is that the HD version lacks the green arrow over the tasks still to be completed when using the map quests.

And the Chain Whip graphic is missing. I like the loot drops having specific icons now.

i use the hd version and i got the green arrows and the chain whip graphic but it does load slow at times. i find myself still using the non hd version for quicker response times
