Epic Boss delay

This epic boss won’t trigger, been trying the usual stuff it’s not working. I tried Carmen, hit goals or case page, and Nothing. Bloody hell I am not even complaining about the laggggggg...... Please Deca just get one event working! Oh as long as I am complaining the last war lag was (insert word here)! Holler if it’s just me lol
