Attack Screen Question

I was wondering if it was ever answered why some people get to see the opponents defense stats in the fight screen while others do not.

As far as I know some people that chose Tycoon still see the new style so I am wondering if this question was ever answered? (from this thread: http://www.funzio.com/forum/showthread.php?11574-Defense-building-changed)

I have version 2.0 and am AGENT, I still do not have any of the new data in my attack screen I still see it as per "old style" above :(
So I'd like to know how you can get this info too.
