Hi Modern Warriors,

Below is an update about the status of the reinstatement of missing items, buildings and gold from the cached memory issue:

Missing Items [Reinstatement Script Complete]
Missing Gold [Reinstatement Script Complete]
Missing Buildings [In Progress]



Since the reinstatement of buildings was more complicated, we have executed the script for missing gold first.
We are currently aiming to start the reinstatement of buildings on May 2nd (Wed), which will be executed in 2 steps as described below:

Missing buildings will be sent to you as items. You will have a 1 week period to place those buildings on your base as you like.
After the 1 week period, we will run the script that upgrades the placed buildings to their former levels



We are very sorry for the delay but we will do our best to make sure everyone impacted by the issue gets back everything that went missing.

My original stats are still missing on all my impacted accounts .....

Didn't notice any gold other than the new gold everyone got this weekend either .....

Maybe all the progress is packed into the the last 1/3 ......

Missing items: mine is not complete.
I had 2 upgrade specialist
2 rose riveter
1 rose specialist

Total: +5 upgrade building

But, at this moment I have only +4 !!

Where is the other?

And if this item is missing, maybe there is more items missing too. The problem is that we don't take snapshot of our bonuses and items everyday to avoid gree screws

It's been days since the final phase of this phantom 'reinstatement' began ........ and .......... <drum roll> ............. nothing changed on any of my impacted accounts. No buildings, no units and the same crumby stats left in the wake of the mem cache theft.

Now what? Submit even more tickets?

I didn't get my stuff back or the upgrades replaced but I did get a nice letter stating everything is fixed and my ticket is now closed.
I do hope the next letter asking how they did has a zero star option.
Sure wouldn't want to give them a 1 star undeserved rating.

I am just glad it was only 1 of my accounts that suffered! I haven't received anything back yet, even though I sent in screenies of playstore reciepts and a fomplete list of missing buildings! Only hod knows what units went awol.

I got an email this morning from Gree saying the reinstatements are now complete .... and to issue a NEW ticket if items are still missing.

So I started new tickets for all impacted accounts and got a replies within an hour saying that the unit/building/gold reinstatements are still a work in progress ...... :confused:

My inventory shows 46 buildings to place. Started the first one, it says 24 hours to complete. Won’t let me do more than 1 at a time. Sure wish someone can explain how I can do all 46 in a week without gold. Genius, pure genius.

Yeah ran into this too. Most of the restored boost buildings I care about are the quick-build ones so they build in 30 seconds. The Gauss Cannon and Defensive Force buildings take 24 hours so I'm doing those last.

On average, my impacted accounts lost about 8 boost building and 3-4 [good] cash buildings (didn't notice these since cash isn't a factor any more). The Anniversary Center buildings are 24-hour build by the way.

I spent [free] gold to finish placing the 24 hour build-time buildings.... I just want my stats back...... although I doubt they will be completely restored even when my boost buildings are back to max level.

I suspect a ton of valuable units were wiped out that will never return.

WTF I didn't loose any windfarms yet that is only building they have given me! Still no gold reimbursement or gold buildings, even though they were sent a a complete list and screenshots of receipts for the gold bought!

As all you get from support is that your ticket is on hold! Wouldn't it be about time for an update here? Or are they being an ethical company and just putting our tickets in the recycling?
