Boost buildings have been reset to level 1

Boost buildings have disappeared and the ones i have been left with have been reset
to either level 1 or to approx 6 to 8 months ago reducing my stats by millions, nice one gree/deca

Many boost buildings bought with gold are gone too. :mad: Stats down 75% from yesterday.

Main account here is okay by my mini got nailed with this 'fix'.

I had a +5, now I have +1... on my mini

Consolidation of inventory not going so well. Members of my faction losing gold units, including upgrade specialist. Not good during the ltb that is in progress. You should post on the member’s board when you start on their profile! Poor guy, stats in the low billions now and just bought units earlier today. Faction member: Hooper ID 155 863 379. He can’t do much with the game now. Anyone have a clue how long this will take to “fix”?

they say engineers have applied a fix,..but no fix has happened for me.

I have to start over here in the game and then Clash of Clans seems like a good option.

Reason I feel like having to start over again:
I lost my faction due to an error and support has said they will not return it without the user who is currently standing as leader, sending them a support referral. The problem is that it is an inactive user.

Well, I'm here in the game waiting and hope that someone who is currently standing as leader, one day must log in.
Meanwhile, I lose more and more the desire to retain my users and actually consider deleting the entire Google Account.

13 users with almost 2000 gold on each, and not to mention Stamina, Health pack, Supply drop, Energy, Main Carriers that are spared to have a lot of fun.

That this game is full of error and unjust decisions, it just gave the game extra fun, until it happened to me.

Solper-Let me know, I have room, I quit this game over a month ago now, haven’t missed it and played it since before factions. I actually get responses from customer service that are quick and a real perso,it’s a slice of heaven compared to

I have recently had quite a few of my money buildings disappear, many money buildings and other buildings reset to level 1 or a much lower level than it was before, disappearing gold, maps reset to a level they were on months ago. What is going on? Fix it or I’m finished with this game.

They have posted about this in the notices section. I am afraid that a fix is still a long time in coming.
