Divine fortress disappeared

I have a few accounts and some have lost the divine fortress from my base although current
progress still says upgrade progress is at level 5 but no building is in sight. it forces you to re-purchase
it and start all over again. Also noticed these said accounts stats have considerably decreased?
So what`s happened deca/gree?

Both my fortresses were returned to the store for me to repurchase and were replaced with two bio hazard factories that I had previously upgraded to L20. These two of course need to be upgraded. At least I get to start at L13.
Oh and all my Soldier Equipment has disappeared again. I also notice some of my boost buildings will need to be upgraded again.

Could it be that Gree/Deca are working on time travel?

Sending in a ticket has been frustrating in the past. Its like English is a second language for them and they haven’t quite mastered the complexities.
I have other accounts. Some f’d up and others not.

Perhaps this camel’s back is finally broken.

Edit: Forgot to point out this is April 9 and game still pooched and apparently getting worse.

I like how selective it has been, le buildings and gold buildings gone, months worth of upgrading gone. Yet expansions and bushes and trees used for gap fill are still there!

I think the disaster has also disappeared all the moderators.
