Hey ppl, been playing for a couple of months now. I don't understand the disadvantage of having too many mafia members. Must be missing something, but as far as I understand it, the game selects your maximum mafia for your level and then equips them accordingly. So what's wrong with having 800 mafia when you really only need 400? What's wrong with having the extra even if you're not using them? Really appreciate any responses/advice. Thanks.

Your mafia size influences who you see in your rivals list and who can see you.
If you are lean and mean and have a 100% equipped mafia (5 items per mafia) you will find most of the people attacking you will lose and you will be able to beat most of the people on your rivals list.
This is very important the higher level you get.

How can you tell what your mafia are using and their %?

do the maths and read the forums...
You can only use, 5 items per mafia, so if you have 200 mafia you should see 1000 items used in your fights.
= 100% equiped.

Ok, so I have just had a fight and i have 19 mafia and used 64 equipment, which works out about 3.3 per mafia so thats not 100%

How can I improve this?

I have just added up my equipment and I have

124 guns
79 melee
62 armour
7 vehicles

How do i know what i need to increase to make it 100%?

you have 19 mafia, so you used:
19 weapons
19 melee
19 armor &
7 vehicles
TOTAL = 64!

if you need to equip your mafia completely, you need to add 12 cars.

BUT, in addition to the quantity of weapons, what you also need to consider is the quality of the weapons (attack and defense points). The hierarchy of weapons is gold > respect > cash.

What about explosives? 1 for each mafia, right?

Current level X5
Each mafia can be equipped with 1 Gun, 1 Melee, 1 Armor, 1 Explosive and 1 Car

This will add up to your total attack.
