Older iPhone - No in game lag 🤔

Played my older iphone 5s for 2 hours. Zero lag and no game freezes, other than avatar swap (40 secs eh). Traded over to newer phone and it has lag & game freezes. Newer phone is using slightly older ios version 🤔

Game version 7.9.5

Ios version 10.0.2
Game version 7.9.5
Both using wifi

My 4s freezes and lags. No connection there I don't think. iOS 8.3

Its strange my 5s is still going without any issues (aside from lag with avatar swaping) and my 6s+ is still problematic. I havent used my 5s in a year so had two data pushes and a required game update. The only thing I noticed different is that after the update and after the 2nd data push there was a initializing (maybe reinitializing) process before the game loaded. Never saw that on my 6s+ doing the same update.

After data push its lagging now. 😞
