Ours took a while too, got matched eventually

12 min to pair , then was a one player team.

Seems like every declare takes about 15 minutes to match up, give or take. No bueno...

i guess we have to try the swing method .. i have heard that tying a string to the phone and swinging does the trick!

may be things have changed since it is deca now, probably letting go the phone after swinging a while would do the trick?

things are definitely improving!

We usually declare then set a 30 minute timer. That seems to work.
