i searched, shows this building was released in feb 2016. don't know how i missed it. will be nice to have it.. maybe deca can release it again if there are enough requests..

My mini visits hoods when new ltb’s are out. Can’t remember the last time my other two visited a hood.

well i mistakenly clicked on revenge when someone robbed my buildings lol. i too hardly feel any need of visiting anyone's hood .. what do u think of the deep end ltb though? i think it is type A building.
