What is with the weak Epic Boss loot?

Why is the loot so weak this time around?. Why is the no mods in any of the goals?. This eb looks like one of your test events.

Not a test. A set-up for the HCB test though. Disappointing there's no mods, even some lesser ones than for a regular boss would have been nice.

Ya surely it’s not a test. They’ve only run this event 10 times in the past two months. Even more lame with now mods.

Hey guys!

The epic boss is indeed a modified version to test out the matching for the HCB. The reason why there are not mods on the event is because it has not been balanced to run on such a short duration. This is also a way to avoid most players spending all their gold on an event, which we keep on mentioning in the Stability thread.

Once events are back to normal schedule, rewards will also be brought back to their normal states.
