View Full Version : Epic Boss, Android, Solo Limited goals not completed despite completing all 4 days

We finished all 4 days, yet Android users still display 3/4 and we have not been awarded as intended. Our IOS users were awarded correctly, at least in my syndicate, cannot speak for everyone.

2 goals are botched. Teodoro Vargas and Hitman: Teodoro Vargas.

Tickets have been sent in, with no response. No mods have chimed in.

Sorry, Deca are too busy making more broken events to roll out.

The same thing happened to one of my iOS accounts too. What’s happening now is disgraceful. Android is a complete mess. I get new data loads almost every time I play, and 3 new ones on the same device in four accounts. The next time I play, I use all energy and get no rewards or use it all and nothing happens, except a boss popping up. Nothing works correctly. The game should be shut down after H&R until it’s been sorted out.

When your QA servers are down and you can’t test anything, anyone with an IQ higher than a cabbage would roll out LESS events. Deca, push out more. In 20 years of online games, I’ve seen anything as incompetent as this bunch.

iOS here and also had issues with the one click taking energy but no reward. Case event came live then disappeared. Have two iOS players on team didn't receive the two wrapper prizes for epic boss. lol this is just silly now Gree.

I had the same problem. Surprise, surprise, what a cluster****....


Why is nothing working? Keep getting errors on the Tijuana Case trying to open.
That is, when it decides to even show up on the screen; disappears, reappears, omfg!

One click clear taking 3 attempts.

Goals not showing or awarding what they are supposed to. My head is spinning.

Seriously, stop all events and ltqs and fix the damn game already.

And fix the damn email already!

Here goes something from chatroom in regards to what's happening


UPDATE from DECA:

... here is the situation. We have to go game by game and fix the following things to get the games back to normal. Data deployment tool, QA servers, matchmaking tool, leaderboard tool, Gold sale tool, then some internal tools at the end like data tracking.

We have gotten data deployment and QA server working on CC and KA, and currently on MW we are on the QA server part. Once we get the MW QA server working and can get the basic events out; we will work on the matchmaking server for each game. The delay is in us having to do it on a game by game basis since there are enough differences between them.


NOTE. Re. Gold bundles reminder - if you experience problems purchasing gold bundles, please submit a ticket to CS. It is advisable not to purchase gold for now, until DECA has a chance to look into this issue.

There will be further updates eg. re SA on the upcoming weekend.

We all know everything isn't working as intended.
Been at this for 5+ years now and glad they are responding in some fashion.
Some things are starting to work and others are frustrating.
Its happening to me on several accts. Take a break for a bit.
Play the game and don't let the game play you

Here goes a new one.

I keep getting same format error message that reads "You can't open boxes because the event has expired. You am not able to open boxes anymore".Then couple hours later the box event is live again.

Dreadful!

On the up-side, I had a beneficial glitch last night. After using my energy on ultimate LTQ 6/6, I then tapped on 'clear' to see how much more energy I'd need to finish the thing..... and it gave me the prize(s). No cheat as I would have had enough time to get the approx 10,000 I reckon would have been required if things had gone right.

No box event on my phone this morning, but it's there on my iPad.

Yes, I know, half the time I forget, especially in the heat of the moment when I am fuming and hit send without changing it.
We were told it would be fixed with the next client update, aka forced update, and it wasn't. So, yes, I am pissed, its not rocket science.

Still not ok?
I have sent ticket on jan 17 and received reply and items on jan 22.

Taking their word for it. Inventory is too slow to check.
