Carol Templar Stats?

For some reason the Carol Templar that myself and fellow guild mates received only has a base attack and defense of 12/9 and a max attack and defense of 1188/891 when it is listed to be about 4x that amount. It’s also listed as a double-element starmental sf when on the armor list of the winter armors it is only a single starmental
