A lot of 3x buildings on higher levels...

Is it only my luck or is there a lot more people having 3x or more of the same buildings at higher levels?

I'm at lvl 74 now and I've sent 4 cheating emails to Funzio in the past 2 days. People having 3 internetcompanies or even 4 houses which I saw just now.
