Hey guys,

We have been quiet over the last few days regarding the Halloween events, and we know you have been requesting the numbers, and we do want to give them to you. But before we could, we wanted to rerun the queries to be 100% sure there was no data missing.

As we have mentioned in the past, when players swap accounts on their phones soon after receiving some items (compensations, milestone rewards, leaderboard rewards…) they disappear as the game hasn’t saved the data. And so due to this, we have gone back into the historical data to get the exact count. We have actually noticed that the PVP issues are also coming from this.

So once again, I would like to recommend you do not switch around accounts, especially in quick succession, as this can cause issues. But if you decide to do it, you should change an Armor on one of your knights to force the game to save your progress. And if items are lost, we might not be able to recover them.

Back to the Halloween event.

These are the numbers we currently got to:
Over 20,000 players got at least one unique armor
Over 20,000 players got at least two unique armors
Just under 16,000 players at least three armors
And over 5,900 players got all four armors.

As you can see the last elite milestone was reached after all, in our first count there was only 4,100 players who had gotten all four, which is why we initially had announced it wasn’t met. We do want to apologize for incorrectly announcing the results. For the final community goal, we decided that you had done such an amazing job with the events and that we wanted to show our appreciation, so we gave you (and still are giving) the final community goal.

We don’t want anyone to miss out, which is why the gifts have not been sent out yet, but they are on their way very soon.
