HCB Chris Jackson compensation follow up

Hello Mobsters,

Some of you have reported that you haven’t received the items for the compensation of the Hard Core Boss Chris Jackson event. We have been reviewing on a case by case basis to make sure that everyone who is eligible got their rewards. So far our investigation has shown that the system is working correctly. Therefore let me just give you a quick recap of the conditions of the compensation:

1. Player must have participated during Day 1 or day 2 of the event.
2. Distribution of the items is taking place in 2 steps. You can find detailed information about the steps here :

Step 1 (distribution of items) of the process is already complete and step 2 (logging in to get rest of the eligible rewards) is in progress.

Items from step 1 will show up directly in your inventory (there will be no pop ups for these items), so please make sure to check your complete inventory to be sure that you have received the compensation or not.

In case you have checked both of the above criteria and you still haven’t received the rewards, please leave us in comments your Player ID and how many points you finished at before us adding the 15 more so we can investigate further.
However, please make sure to have completed the above steps first.

Hello again Mobsters,

While investigating the missing rewards on the player accounts we encountered one batch which did not go through successfully due to technical failures. We have recovered the full list and the giveaways have started. However it will be completed fully only by the middle of next week. As for the goals, we have extended them for another week- until the 22nd of September 2017(and can be further extended if required) to ensure smooth functioning of the compensation process.

We appreciate your patience and wish you a fun weekend in the game!

To be honest I don't recall my scores at the end of this, but they were somewhere around 23 and 20/21 points respectively. Or maybe as high as 25 and 23?! I don't keep records.

Having gone through inventory on both accounts I see sister has a lot of items that are not present on Sweet (I finished both accounts killing boss 135 so other than daily finish there's no reason for that). I'm wondering therefore whether the first account might have received compensation and the second not. There had been a difference in attack strength of a bit over 100 billion between them (with sis the stronger), but early on in the Epic Boss event this suddenly jumped to 400 billion plus.

I'm not sure how you have listed the various prizes; is it random or do they reflect the finishing scores top to bottom or vice versa? For example, I don't have the AK102 on either account, but both have multiple items both above and below it on the list. Some clarity would be welcome.

Deca - just give everyone who hasn't already got it the compensation before we have to suffer 3 months of 9 day compensation goals until you get it right
