People who got 40 got the same prizes.. people who got 25 points, didnt appear to get the additional 15 points..

Therefore F all changed...

Email CS and their response is..

you have to complete the following goals in order to receive the rewards and it was not part of the compensation and the goals are still in progress

Would be helpful if they actually looked at your prior score and added the comp points.. then they might realise that you have 40 or more points

You have your points but this does not help because compensation goals are about HB rewards that are not available more

Well for some reason Brown Out hasn't posted yet, so I'll post for him....

Wow, just got all my promised prizes for HCB plus an additional 25% more. Not only that, but Modern War is running so much faster with zero percent lag that I just finished the next WD event and came in first place.
