Two days ago I sent a ticket in to support, received the usual automated email from them. The next morning they had already replied and needed a little more information from me. After I replied back with requested information, this morning my issue was resolved.

I only post this because y'all need to see not only the complaints and needs of teams or players, but also need to see the positive feedback too.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, so let the derogatory comments begin. lol.
