July lte boost building - details

Couldn't find a thread on this, does anyone have the info for the new LTE BOOST buildings, how much % they start with, which ones take 30 seconds or 1 day, and how much % they increase by?

The ones you pay for with cash take 24 hours to build and raise by 4% per level so I'm told
