War prizes

Gree and deca any idea when war prizes for Syndicate will
Drop? I got my ind prize but nothing for team prizes.
Many on my team didn't get prizes yet.
Any help would be appreciated.

Same here and have checked inventory and nothing from the event not even indy prizes stats have not moved on any of my accounts... Hope this gets fixed

I'm also missing prizes on 4 out of 6 accounts. Our team ranked 61.

Many of my teammates are likewise missing their prizes.

The two accounts with prizes are on a t25 team.

Same got there looking into it... I'm sure will be same as before won't get anything and if we do won't be for what are teams ranked... If anything would like the gold and topups back I use in event lol

VL - what are the chances they will give the prizes out before SA?
I say this next point while laughing but I could see points being lower in SA if top teams and players don't get their prizes sorted before SA.
(I know spending won't be down)

I take it that since emails for tickets have not been returned nothing will happen. there will be no prizes just like the last event there was an error .. The prizes were out before event was over and got shafted.. Did not get prizes for Syndicate rank earned or gold back that was used on last battle

they gave me the same message, but when I logged in game my stats had jumped and when I checked inventory the prizes were there. so Gree doesn't even know that the issue has been fixed for some people.

To the contrary, Deca knows, but they cannot issue everybody's rewards at once. I have not gotten an official update, but I think their last query should be done by now. *fingers crossed* :)

With the huge number of tickets that I'm sure they received, it'll take time to reply or close out all of them. Like I said, don't worry too much about the reply to your ticket.
If you still don't have your rewards, simply reply to your original ticket and let them know.


FYI: it's all Deca now... GREE is no longer involved with the game managment.

I think "Tesoro" is the name to look for.

The Tesoro Utility Knife was the only entry in my Empire News > System tab.

The prefix is "Sergio"
