SA War not starting

Declared war...48 minutes of "it'll begin shortly". Go back into game, declare available again. Declare a new war. This time still waiting 21 minutes so far. Ugh. Wassup?

Hey, 48 minutes ain't nothing friend. I think they give you that declare option every 48 minutes or so.

Realize this, still playing and enjoying because it is indeed a game. Simply posted this thread to inform that there was indeed an issue at the moment and didn't see any other posts indicating said issue.
