Does anyone know what operation/number Force Degradation ends at and when do the Goals end?

I am at 459 on Force Degradation and build 250 buildings on the goals

Good Question, I'm on 442. The units for completing goals, really suck...worse are the old units you still get from PvP, slightly better are the rank up units, but they suck too. These goal and rank up units should have bonuses attached. For new accounts, building upgrade time reduction for example.
