Street assault can't get in

We were trying to have our last street assault. It won't match us up. It keeps saying war declared, but a war won't start. Anyone else having problems?

Sometimes during the last hour, you might not get a match... I've declared with 47mins left in SA and never got matched. It's very rare but it happens.
