android to android transfer is not working. i'm logged into old phone, have linked the game to my google games profile. installed the game on new phone, linked to my google profile. have tried everything and unsurprisingly, it's not working.

I had to "Sign out" of Google Play while in the game.....then go to App settings and clear all cache and data.....
When you log into CC again....it'll ask you which Gmail ID you want your game to load with.....select the one u want....wait for it to pop up with a message that the "game ID is different from ur Google Play ID would u like to link it?"....click Yes.....restart CC.....
