Is KP Force Gree'd up?

I hit the Boss with KP Force with a strong account and got a damage like I had hit with a single. I thought this level Boss have had a health spike. Hit it again with a much lessor account but with a six pack and the damage was significant.
Anybody else notice KP issues?
