On Friday whist using Wi-Fi , the game updated or at least tried to . It failed to install & then wouldn't work AT ALL ! Had to remove the whole App & reinstall from scratch - because I hadn't bound my account recently , game reset back to the beginning .
Have fired off a email today & HOPEFULLY Gree will help & be able to retrieve my account & Level 900+ Knight for me .
Two others in our Guild had similar problems , but due to me giving warnings via my Alt account , they were able to bind account before using Wi-Fi/updating/autoupdating etc .
Far as I know , auto-updating on my Apps is OFF , so not sure what happened but it's very annoying . An message before auto updating would be nice & a tick box if we need it for all future updates would good as well .
I do really hope I can get my account back , as I'd be heartbroken at all that work for nothing & my Lvl 114 Alt just isn't up to much , so probably have to stop playing. :-(
