Citadel goals

Could somebody from an advanced guild please identify the goals obtained for steps 5-10. This information would be greatly appreciated. We are debating whether to update or not and not knowing what is next is frustrating.

5/10 3% chance of double loot in RB
6/10 5% more honor from pvp
7/10 3% chance of double loot in EB
8/10 3% reduction in time of lock box
9/10 3% chance of double drop from lockbox
10/10 3% more cp

Double loot helps for your Indi RB and Dropbox events apart from that pretty useless finish all guild upgrades first is my opinion

No prob always happy to help if I can, as said I would get the RB bonus, then finish all guild bonuses then carry on with citadel as will give you a chance to bank all the miltalia your need
