Kp no activation required but still docked

Happened to a few people. Said no activation points required all January. Still got docked. Not cool that's a big loss. What's up with that?

This is going to impact street assault for many of us. Will this be fixed by then? This isn't like missing a prize or a "display error". We're talking about thousands worth of gold.

If in the month u dont do a lvl u get decrease points. Ex if ur l7 u need 60k activation points, l7 is 150 k points, is u have 45k points and say no activation he remove u 60k points and u get l6 kp. If u have 62k points he remove u 60k and left 2k so u stay at l7 kp

Im lvl 7 kp, all month he remove me 60k points. If that say no activation points required and im 40k he remove me 60k and i get lvl 6. I keep 110k points in the month since 4 month and was lvl 7 for life. I just spend for game and dont run about lvl 8 cuz cant keep lvl 8 more 1 month i get decrease lvl 7 cuz no points for keep lvl 8

The issue is simple just change the rules. I get a mail from support and its clear there is no issues, just a rule for kp points.

U need to change the no activation points, when im at 110/150 points for l7 that say no activation but he remove 60k activation because i dont have lvlup to lvl8. No activation = no decrease points

That's because you were supposed to be docked those 60k per month. That's what it means when it says xxx amount of activation points required

I get 2 times 60k removed when that say no activation points required with screen shot ; )
