Hardcore boss - bigger issue now!!!

So gree, thanks for fixing the issue with Day 3 and getting us our points and prizes.


But did you guys know that now because of this fix, the points we earned from day 1, 2 &3 didn't carry over and the prizes we get for the end of the event is based only on the points I got on day 4???


What are you guys doing over there?

So anyone who had an issue with day 3, go it corrected and now we have a bigger issue missing prizes from the end of the event because the total is incorrect.

When will this be fixed??!?!?!?!?

Same with loads of accounts.. i was killing last boss and goal and boss screen just disappered... should have been 1st for day 4 and didnt register

Edit: just checked in game and have suffered the same - only got prizes for 10 points rather than the 35 I should have.

Same here, only on my Samsung Tablet (Android); one unsupported Kindle was unscathed while the other didnt get a screenshot at all, so I cannot tell what rewards were even due to that acct. Ticket with screenshots sent in.

I got an e-mail from Gree saying that my ticket is on hold as they try to figure out the issue, which means we won't be getting our missing prizes.

Would love to see someone from Gree actually come on here and tell us what is going on, but we know that won't happen.

They were on it before HCB ended. They had some figuring out to do and were able to identfy the issue with those accounts.

The points/units for those players affected on HCB Day4 will be awarded later today.

I have the pictures of the prizes I'm supposed to get for the event. Don't have them yet, so not sure what time gree o'clock is for getting the correct prizes out today, but guess we will find out.

prizes did get awarded as yes the stats went up and I looked and the ones I was supposed to get are there.

I checked my inventory against another account and got those for up to 26 points, plus one more, which I am going to assume is for either 27 or 28 points.
