New Building

I notice there is a new building. I don't know how long it has been available nor if there are any goals associated with it.
Is there a method for the release of new buildings?
Is there a time schedule for releases?
Is there a way to reliably predict the release of new buildings?
Perhaps a set number of hours after a full moon?

I just randomly check Tinker. And I don't see any goals that go along with it.

Goals will probably start today or tomorrow I bet. The delay will help some get a head start on building so they can get close to finishing goals on time since gree doesn't give out the reduction bonus units anymore.

Once or twice I noticed a new building with no goal attached. Was just another Gree bug, shocker, but I built and started upgrading and when the goal finally showed, I had gotten a bunch of popups showing the level and reward for building. Better late than never...
