I just wonder how the shoulder equip is being calculated and how could it be improved.

Sdier equipment was a flop when it first came out. I think they added it in their because they couldn't fully get rid of it since some players spent to get it. It's more of a novelty I think than a serious calculation?

Disagree. I saw real improvement in my nano accounts after buying the equipment in special store.

I don't know how it is really calculated but attack equipment really helps.
You can buy soldier equipment with gold in special section of store. Fantastic equipment was available as wrappers for goals with buying the gold units in some time ago.
