Take over established guild???

My guild has been inactive for a couple of months, but it has most bonuses almost maxed out, if not maxed.

Was wondering if anyone wanted to take over and try to build it up. Maybe a smaller guild that's starting out. Or an established guild that needs a place for minis to hang out.
