Bundle Pack not appearing in inventory

Is there an issue with the Sorcery bundle packs? I have purchased the pack but it says it has already been purchased and will be restored to my inventory but nothing has appeared. Definitely haven't purchased it before now.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Please write in a ticket to support and let them know you've made a purchase that's not showing up, and include purchase records like a receipt if possible.
