View Full Version : Why no auto reply on my ticket!

I accidentally made a sale unit or purchase due to the game lag, so I sent in a ticket to get a refund. I didn't get any auto reply. I waited a couple of days, still no reply so I sent another ticket. Same thing.
I tried again just now, still no reply. I have no ticket number, and I don't think that Gree even got my request.
Help!
Is anyone else having this problem?

I just tried sending the ticket again using a different email address, no reply and now I didn't even get a copy sent to myself either.
I rebooted my iPad before sending, btw

I went to the external link and did get an auto reply from that. Why do I have to jump through these hoops all of a sudden?

I got a reply and the refund for my "inadvertent" purchase.
But why didn't my tickets from in game go through?

I just sent in a ticket for another toon of mine, no autoreply again. What's happening here?
