Several are reporting that health regen appears to be capped at 90 seconds - please let us know what is going on.

We're aware of these reports and are starting an investigation on it. There are currently no intentional caps!

As if 90 secs is not fast enough lol but they have paid for it so fair enough I will just have to be happy with 48mins lo.

This affects the huge spenders, so I expect regen times to go up for everyone, thus creating more room for these spenders to reduce.

I disagree, what Gree is doing is something different depending on where health is use
for example for war GREE does not care if gemmer are at 30 time to be full as they will just keep gemming during battles
for EB, GREE answer to great health regen times was to make sure you need to spend gems in order to do legendary goals, ensuring revenue
for RB is the only place where they have not been able to ensure gemmers gem, as in order to do that they would have to lock the guild during RB and even then gemmer probably do not need to use gems to finish
other events "adjusted" to ensure revenues
HCB uses new "regen" which ensures gemmers will gem during the event to win top 1 (or try to against other gemmers) each day of the event
PVP events, they made each attack cost 5 stamina to counter the fact that many players put all their skill points in stamina, thus ensuring gems will be needed to complete goals (specially for those players that must complete all to stay "competitive")
Box events
leaderboard, drop rate % is high, so more gems are needed to stay at the top
individual box events, drop rate % is way lower compared to leaderboard box, as the goal is to ensure players keep using gems to get to 30 tokens and complete antiquary
So Greee keeps thinking on adjusting all events to try to increase revenues which makes sense as it is a business created to make money

A team member of mine got an email from GREE acknowledging that there is a cap at 100 seconds now, but they still state it is not intentional and that they are investigating how to fix it.

From looking at the schedule, it seems we won't need the Health Regen until the war. It better be fixed by then, or there will be lots of refund requests for the Sea Raider.

There's a new Regen unit in the store. I won't buy it until I know that there isn't going to be any cap.

I don't understand why the health units are not like the energy regen units. They are x% faster regen as opposed to x% regen. It doesn't give the same increase.

Health regen subtracts from 100 and can never get to -100%. If it did, then you would have infinite health.
Energy can go way beyond 100% because it's an open ended boost. Just like beast attack or alliance defense
Would be unfair to have unlimited energy lol

There are more Health Regen units on sale, but peeps are hesitant about purchasing them since Regen was capped for the last war.

What's happens if you can't fix it - many players including myself have used up thousands of gems - I have spent nearly 4000 gems on units that's have done nothing for me.
When do you all believe an appropriate solution is rendered and initiated?
The initial tickets to Gree Suppoet had to be received around October 15th and this thread itself was started on the 16th, yet here we are on October 31st...still no closer to any resolution. Continual lip service being served up.
It's simple to move events, cancel events...make a one day war coded for a three day war by having the individual goals be ramped up to 900 wins and Day 2 and Day 3 goals populate in everyone's guild tabs but to get an unintentional cap fixed can't be done in this amount of time?!?
Beginning to think everyone's calendars are wrong and this is actually April 1st or is it perhaps February 2nd?

I was going to write that I can't wait to see the new regen.
Note however, there is a new Sticky thread above that says the health regen issue was NOT fixed for the war. I don't know how to post a link, so will let someone else do that.

Aurelius;1565713']Update: In our investigation into lag issues, we unfortunately found a new bug with the health regen in QA that would cause lag to be even worse, so we are rolling back the health regen fix. We tried to get it done before this weekend, but unfortunately just found the bug the other day and were not able to. We will have it fixed by the next WD for sure.

That post was made on November 15th, before the last war. Health regen was capped for that war and for Epic Boss right after the war. We all want to know when the "cap" will be gone.

Clementine, as someone who is in the KA Player Rep room and in direct contact with KA management, you should know that Health Regen has not been re-fixed. Your "bold blue" was Aurelius' first confirming the Health Regen fix, then his edit rolling it back was placed ABOVE his original post in that thread.

I think those under cap have been their long enough that refunds are due regardless if it is fixed as extra gems were spent over several months.
Of course if cap is not fixed the refunds should be much larger.
Would appreciate if this was looked into. Selling bonuses that don't function is not too cool, particularly when you advertised a fix was ready - then sold two regen units before telling us it was not.

I and many others have spent and are still spending a lot of gems on regen units that are not working due to the cap. At the very least we should be kept informed as to when we might expect to receive what we have paid for.
In our meeting with Gree last Friday, Funzio Communication ([PM] Aurelius) stated:
"health regen as far as i'm aware has been fixed
i'll double check and say differently in communication channel if it is otherwise"
Hopefully it has been fixed.

Yes - significant compensation needs to be given to all under cap - at least 3 cycles where we have had to gem because our regen was not properly being used. Plus the unmitigated gall of continuing to sell regen and claiming the fix is done and will be in place by next war. There is a common word for such behavior.
And if regen cant be fixed then additional large compensation will need to be made and tied to the percentage under cap - maybe 200 gems per percentage point or more as many spent large amounts on crates....

we do have screen shots gf you saying the cap was unintentional and would be fixed. Plus the additional times you said the fix was done and would be there before next war. Conveniently right before selling more regen.

When we identify a problem, AF etc tell Gree they say it's fixed but it's not, I think there are many different areas in Gree and they just don't speak to each other and the releases are on a timer so they just come out whether issues are sorted or not, luckily I'm not in your boat my regen is slow at 48 mins you all prob can't remember how slow that is lol but I understand your frustrations this thread needs an answer fixed or not or refund the purchases simple

If you do try KA update, you'll find that the lag is reduced / gone and the Health "cap" is finally gone!
