I'm pretty sure it's been well over 1 year now & still can't message players directly like we used to be able to do. When is this going to get fixed? Anybody have any idea? Can we get it fixed before 2016 ends?

Don't count on it. I, as well as many others, have been complaining for quite a while now. Gets us nowhere...

Until recently these sorts of things were overlooked.. we have made sure gree are aware of these things. And they ARE being investigated to find the issues, along with a whole host of other things. Your voices are being heard and passed on in the Player Rep meetings. There has been 3 so far and things are qued up to be resolved 🙂

Yep!
Its not going to be instant as there is many things we have discussed in the meetings..

Members walls is definately on there ☺
