Got 25/25 pop up for October event but no main prize wrapper!

As topic, 5 accounts are fine but on 3 accounts no wrapper but goal completed. Have emailed support but anyone else had this?

Yes!

Many people are having the same issue.. it seems to be people with minis.. something to do with switching accounts.. i also have had the same.. last event i missed out on 3 accounts and customer support are telling people

You must have missed days..

Which is incorrect... if others are like me..
They are logged into everyday without fail

I use 7 accounts on my iPad and 4 got it but 3 didn't. I even got a screenshot of the 25/25 popup but 24/25 on wrapper. Hopefully that's good enough proof.

Support say I only logged in 24 days but I got the 25/25 prize :rolleyes:

The 25/25 is because you logged in on the 25th day of the event. All 13 of my accounts finished event on 1 device.

Just raised this issue and passed on the Thread Link to Gree in the Player Rep meeting. It will be looked into ☺

I logged in all the necessary days, but got neither the popup nor the prize for any of my 5 accounts. 1 ticket per account has been submitted.

I log in daily, 2 separate android devices, 1 account each, neither got a splash on day 25.

Last 25/25 ended 2 days early as well. Popup said was saying 2 days and 2 hrs left. Wake up next morning, no popup and no ticket.
