How to get access to your accounts without game center?

I already updated to iOS 10 and now have no access to my accounts that were linked via this app that Apple removed with the iOS 10 update. Aside from somehow going back to iOS 9...any way you guys know of so that I can get my other accounts to link to my main account like I was doing prior to iOS10? I cannot access the secondary accounts (haven't been able to for years) because they are on old devices (ipad 1, iphone 3g, etc). Anyone know of a workaround/fix for this?

Unless you linked to another device that is still working you are likely screwed at the moment as I don't know if it can be fixed.

did you try going in to settings and logging in to game center again after you updated? That's what i had to do to get my accounts back.

Kinda. All now on my iPhone6S+. Although before android emulators stopped working I was using them on two Bluestacks emulators (and Nox) and my iPhone.

So my accounts would have been created either on IOS or Google and then linked via the account management

I am sure that you connected to Game Center and Google play
