Still waiting for some news on this. The Gree post said a fix was being worked on, but that was a number of weeks ago now....with little in the way of updates.
My device is a work one, and I will soon be forced to update to iOS10. It would be good if I knew a target date so I could at least put the i.t. team off the trail for a few more days....for the sake of my other toons.....

I am running KA on my iPad Pro with iOS10, performance is good and I've had no issues. I do not have multiple accounts and do no account switching (account switching was the main problem issue in GREE's post urging users to delay update to iOS10).

I have an iphone 7 with latest update - both KA and game center are working fine

I have updated my devices to iOS10.0.2 yesterday, all went well

I made a backup via PC/iTunes first of each device. Just in case something goes wrong, there are reports that restoring from backup can solve the gamecenter bug.

ipad air 16GB wifi, first gen. updated from iOS 9.3.5
ipad mini 16GB 3rd gen wifi+mobile, updated from iOS 9.3.5
iphone 6 plus 64GB, updated from iOS8.x

In all cases I have updated directly from the device (not via pc/iTunes). After update I am still able to switch accounts and even switch gamecenter logins.

I have also updated to iOS 10.0.2 without problems. I have an iPhone 6 Plus and an iPad Air

Game Center is located in Settings. Scroll down and look near Music and Photos.
