Locomotive temp bonus items missing

I don't see Locomotive items in store for Locomotive Sale Conversion goals, am i missing something ?

Locomotive sale conversion items are from war, temp ip mods that are converted after war.. if you didnt buy tbe temporary ip mods, u cant cant complete the conversion goals ☺
