trade in the temp bonus item

where the heck is this temp bonus item? one of the goals say u can trade in a temp bonus item for some other weapon. but i just dont see any temp bonus items.. am i missing something?

I noticed the same thing days ago, but don't really care so I didnt persue it.
For instance, the Smokestack Conversion II goal says to trade in the Smokestack Clocker for the Smokestack Assault.
I don't see the Clocker available anywhere.
I realize that I am dense and/or braindead at times, but this one looks like another Gree snafu, shocker.

They were made available 1 day before the disastrous glitched battle started and the sale ended 1 day after the new battle event started....

The Smokestack items disappear the last week because of time, if i remember correctly, but the goals about it stay in game, i thought the goals restart instead of disappear, but no sure about it...
