Got health packs but no weapons. You promised weapons but the thread says that all rewards were paid out.

Hmm... Yeah... Please send in a ticket. Type "Railroad Rampage units not awarded: Attn StrongAntuna" in the subject line.

Politely explain that you did not receive those units. You're welcome to quote the sticky announcement post.

Keep in mind that CS probably has no idea what happened or what you are talking about. CS will forward it to the team & they'll investigate it.

All this crying about weapons that most wouldn't have even earned. No weapons should have been given out, gold/used refills refunded, a handful of refills as compo and start event from scratch

I don't think it's only our synd, but no gold has been refunded, so how can the "case" be closed?

Maybe if GREE wouldn't screw up so bad and so much we wouldn't be rude. So many things have gone wrong since they took over.
