Glitch: No Guild Chat on Euro Server !

Hi a quick one as I'm in middle of Raid attacks .
The Guild chat on ours & other Guilds have become erratic then stopped & last few hours have been deleted . Not just our Guuild as I keep seeing Knights names changed to things like "Can't post" & 'no chat useline' etc.
Please sort if possible . Thanks .

Also there seems to be a 'hang up' at the start screen, when it says 'Riding into Battle' . Game wobbles a bit & seems to have an issue . LK

Hello anyone one on ? I can't even email Free at moment, as I have to set up my Gmail again from my old phone & transfer - impossible here as I have no Wi-Fi ..

Our Guild doesn't use Line so this is a nightmare for us. At least in a raid we do it solo but any upcoming Wars , we & others will be disadvantaged . :-(I

Still no luck with my email , but GM & others have emailed Gree about problems . Still no reply , so guess everyone is watching the Olympics , having BBQs or gone fishing as still no replys/action after more than 36 hours

Fortunately we've had a guest Knight who decided to do a Top Ten Knight run , almost by himself & we've hit Top #50 for first time anyway - thanks to my *ahem* management skills - but that's not the point . I've had to resolve to changing my name to shout st some newbie Knights c°¢kup , rat her than direct chat ... :-/
Please sort quickly so this excellent game can be fully enjoyed once again ! ;-)

Gree doesn't read their own forums, so ticket/mail will be the best way to contact them.
(well, there's a small chance that one of the volunteer moderators would read it here and somehow manages to contact Gree then, but odds of that are low...)

After our GM and others emailed last night , the problem was sorted this morning . It was a pain but had minimum impact on the Raid luckily : between smart thinking on communication & our Top Ten Guest Knight , we still smashed Top #40 ! :-)

Well I know they have their problems & often ignore complaints , but well done Gree for prompt action .

Yes fixed , well chat can be a bit slow st times but it's not too inconvenient .

Ours & at least three other Euro Guilds had this problem I think ? Did see a number of other Knights use their names as chat messages , so it affected a number . Seems to be fixed anyway , at least for now . :-)
