View Full Version : To mark / other developers (transferring game please help iPhone broke)
Hi
I posted a thread here last week about my broken iphone and asked what to do about getting my game back on my new phone.
So 3 days ago I got another phone from O2 so I did what you said and e-mailed mobile@funzio.com my mafia invite code and my old and new iphone codes. So far I have had no response, any ideas what I can do.
I was 68 days in so really want my old game back. Anyone else had replies after emailing mobile@funzio.com if so how long did it take them to reply.

Had a problem transferring my game and deleted it by mistake. They got it up and running again and were excellent. It took 2 days all in all, with a few emails exchanged.
I emailed support@funzio.com

I had sent an email to the support@funzio.com address on the 24/10/11 but no reply, just hope they reply this time.

I have emailed Funzio about 50 times about various problems and have never recieved one response from anyone.

Just out of interest, stav have you spent real money on the game.

Ye I have to admit I spent about £9 over 68 days. Was level 25 with two theatres at levels 4 and 5 and two level 1 lofts.
I have started again just incase they never reply but haven't spent any money. Makes a massive difference early on not having two ice cream shops though.

Can't understand why they haven't solved this. They were so helpful with me. I did spend a lot more on gold though, so don't know if that's why they were quick to do it. Are the emails definitely getting to them. When i sent a message to them it went straight to my drafts for some reason. Have you checked your sent mail.
Really hope they sort it for you.

All my e-mails have been sent. I can only think that a lot of people have sent e-mails since upgrading to the iphone 4GS. So there is some sort of back log.

We try to answer every e-mail we receive within 24 hours. What e-mail are you sending from? I can check our system and see if we received your message.

I sent one on the 24/10/11 to support@funzio.com and then on the 1/11/11 to mobile@funzio.com. Then on the 4/11/11 I sent one to support@funzio.com and crimecity-iOS-support@funzio.com this was all done on windows live which I have never had problems with before. But I just sent all the emails straight from my yahoo account and had instant reply giving me ticket numbers. The first one was 26876. I feel stupid if the problem is my windows live but it's always sent emails before.

It seems like it must of been widows live stopping the emails. Funzio replied with in 24hrs when I sent it direct from yahoo account. I have sent back my new UDID code and new mafia code so they can get my old game back.
