Hmmmm seriously?? I knew they were good but i didnt think they were that good! Its a bit of a false economy really then as Its highly unlikely you will be around to collect every 5 minutes.

Guess il rebuild!

That's exaclty right, it is a false economy when they are part of your hood, cause, just like you said, you can never truly realize the full potential of there output.

Even the 1hr shops are not a true measure of what you are gettting. If you want to know the true output of your hood, spreadsheet it, and add in a column where you indicate how many times you think you can collect from that building, that will be the true measure of what you will be getting on a daily basis.

the fact that you have lots of buildings is good. keep upgrading them! in the mean time, expand when you can and build other buildings. in time, you will have a thriving economy.

Your income not based on that number, it bases on the money you can collect from your hood. So don't be so serious about that stat.
High income and people rob most from you is worse than lower income but no one visit you.

I was in a hood where the guy only had 2 lvl 10 laundry mats and his income was 9900/hour.

He's right, it's not the amount per hour, it's how much you can potentially but realistically collect. I probably collect 10 percent of my laundromats total output and I'm in the game pretty damn often.

i have 2 level 10 landromats, they are awesome they dont use much space and i get 750 each time, i sometimes collect them 4-5 times an hour.
If you dont close the app and you go back in after 5-10 min you can collect and it only takes 20 sec.
For now i will not sell them, they are the best buildings so far and i am level 78 with an hourly income of $23735

I sold my level 8 and 9 laundrymats. It's a false economy. It's good at lower levels to build up some other things if you farm a lot, but eventually you get sicked of babysitting your game just to collect. I am focusing in 12-24-48 hour buildings now, although I can't bring myself to sell the ice cream shops. They pay too much for the footprint size to dump, and 3 hours is a lot better than 5 minutes.

i agree that laundromats falsely inflate economy. even though I don't collect from my laundromats most of the time, i can't part with them yet. like you, i pay greater attention to my 12/24/48 hr buildings in the hopes of increasing my collection rate.

I saw a rival's hood with 2x level 10 laundry, the income per hour number was something crazy like 9,000 and the rival barely had any other buildings in their hood.

I have been focusing on 8/12/24/48 buildings right now and i might make 2 Italian restaurants to supplement my income

After you have some bigger paying buildings, the few hundred per click they pay off is more like a rounding error. If you only log in once every 3-6 hours, they become a waste of space.
