Be nice if they implemented a way to use the extra powers that were donated to the syndicate prior to finishing level 10 in the base and realizing they were being wasted.

YES! Its absurd that they are just sitting in the vault with no purpose. It would be nice if the leader could allocate them to members as needed, or split them up across the board.
