The prize for [2]: Aerial Crate: Collection is the Lich's Risen Dragon with "lockbox Cooldown 5% Shorter". Is not in inventory after completing the quest.

IPassButter, it's pretty hard not to notice that 5% time reduction for boxes. Please get this taken care of.

This happened on all 4 toons. One already had the Dragon, still has only 1
The others don't have any

Same for me, finished quest on both toons, nothing in inventory!

IPassButter, we have a bigger problem.

Day 1, Tipster Toad is missing (5% wall damage)

Day 2, Lich's Risen Dragon is missing (5% lockbox cooldown)

Day 3, Matanzan Bonelord is missing (2% Allaince attack)

Wrapper, Hellgate Tidemage is missing (5% Allaince Defense)

None of the units are in inventory and none of the boosts.

This is unacceptable and needs to be fixed ASAP. Before the event is over so we don't get ticket replies that the event is over, so too bad.

We believe we have solved this issue. When you log back into your accounts check if the items in question are in your inventory.

We believe we have solved this issue. When you log back into your accounts check if the items in question are in your inventory.

I've reloaded a number of times. The Tide Mage is in my inventory, but:

Day 1, Tipster Toad is missing (5% wall damage)

Day 3, Matanzan Bonelord is missing (2% Alliance attack)

Wrapper, Hellgate Tidemage is missing (5% Alliance Defense)

Please get these fixed!

If you have not yet received the items you're missing we will be running another compensation operation tomorrow after our data is updated and the event has ended.

Oops, the Toad isn't there. We really don't care about wall damage, but it was a prize that you offered. You should issue that reward too.
